Remembering Clay Gregory, a Napa Valley Champion

Categories: Napa Humane Events

Napa Valley lost one of its most influential animal lovers with the passage of Clay Gregory. Clay was a much-beloved champion of our community as CEO of Visit Napa Valley, President of the Napa Valley Vintners and Jackson Family Wines, and VP/General Manager of Robert Mondavi Winery (among many other important roles), but he was also a devoted champion for our local companion animals.

His love for dogs inspired him to volunteer with Napa Humane, where he shared his incredible business expertise, connections, and passion with us as a member of our Board of Directors. The wealth of experience he brought to the table helped to elevate our operations and set us up for success. And the tales of his basset hounds’ escapades never failed to light up the room.

Thank you, Clay. We will always be grateful for your warm heart and generosity of spirit. You are missed by many, many people, and all of us at Napa Humane.
