A Summer Kickoff to Remember at Napa Yard

Our June Mixer at Napa Yard was the perfect way to welcome summer—sunshine, smiling faces, wagging tails, and a whole lot of community love. We’re so grateful to everyone who came out to support Napa Humane and celebrate the joy of pets in our lives!
Patio Prep with Our Pet Education Team
Guests had the opportunity to learn from our wonderful Pet Education Manager, Alyssa Vincent, who led a live demo on how to help your pup feel calm and confident while dining out on the patio. From leash skills to managing distractions, Alyssa’s tips were a hit with our two- and four-legged guests alike. Whether your dog is a patio pro or just getting started, Alyssa’s positive reinforcement approach helps set everyone up for success.
Pup-Approved Dining Debut
We were thrilled to partner with Napa Yard for the event—and even more excited to help unveil their brand-new dog menu that evening! Now your pup can enjoy a delicious meal while you sip and snack al fresco. Huge thanks to the Napa Yard team for welcoming our community (and their canines!) with such enthusiasm and generosity.
A special shout-out to Costco, who joined us to offer membership sign-ups and share some little-known pet perks—like prescription fills and pet insurance! It was great to see guests learning new ways to care for their animals while also saving money.
Celebrating You—and the Clinic You Made Possible
We also shared exciting updates about our newly launched Preventive Care Clinic, which officially opened at the end of May, thanks to your support. Just one month in, and we’re already seeing an incredible impact—helping pets stay healthier, longer, through affordable wellness care. From vaccinations to minor treatments, this clinic is already changing lives, and it’s all possible because of our compassionate community.
