The votes are in! After an incredible month of adorable photos, friendly competition and lots of community support, we’re thrilled to introduce the pets who will be featured in the 2027 Napa Humane Pet Calendar.
This year, 84 pets entered the contest, and our community came together to raise $23,116 in support of Napa Humane’s Power of Prevention.
And now, the moment we’ve all been waiting for… meet your 2027 calendar stars!
Meet Our 2027 Cover Stars: Sierra & Hensley
Congratulations to Sierra & Hensley, who received 3,600 votes and earned the cover of the 2027 Napa Humane Pet Calendar!
Sierra and Hensley have clearly brought an incredible amount of joy to the people who know and love them.
The people who voted for them described the pair as magical, almost like little humans, and truly good dogs. They shared how much happiness Sierra and Hensley have brought to the people around them and how deeply loved they are by their family.
There’s something pretty special about being loved by so many people—and Sierra and Hensley certainly have a whole lot of people cheering them on. Congratulations to Sierra & Hensley! 🐾
Together, You Raised $23,116
While there can only be one cover star, this contest was about so much more than one winning photo.
Every entry, vote, Reserve-a-Day and calendar purchase supports Napa Humane’s Power of Prevention, helping local pets and the people who love them access the resources, care and support they need to thrive.
A Huge Show of Community Support
This year’s Pet Photo Contest brought our community together in a big way. 354 people participated, with 84 pets entered and nearly 25,000 votes cast for their favorite furry friends.
Together, the contest raised $23,116 in support of Napa Humane’s Power of Prevention. Supporters also purchased 89 Reserve-a-Spots and 117 calendars, helping extend the impact of the campaign beyond the voting itself.
Every vote, entry, and purchase helped support Napa Humane’s work keeping pets healthy, safe, and with the people who love them.
We are incredibly grateful to everyone who made this year’s contest such a success — the families who shared their beloved pets with us, the people who voted and rallied friends and family, those who reserved special dates and ordered calendars, and our community partners who helped spread the word.
We couldn’t do this work without this incredible community. Thank you for being part of it.
