Thank you for making the decision to alter your pet – spay/neuter is the cornerstone of ending pet overpopulation and we applaud you doing your part to help end the suffering of homeless animals.

To request a surgery appointment for your pet at Napa Humane’s Spay/Neuter Clinic, please complete this form and our Clinic staff will contact you via email to schedule and confirm your pet’s appointment day.

Please note:

    • Completing this form does not schedule a surgery appointment.
    • Appointments are required.
    • Due to high demand, we are currently booked out several months in advance.
    • Due to overwhelming demand, our schedule is only open to Napa County residents.

    To receive INCOME ELIGIBLE PRICING, please fill out the income eligible application at least 24 hours prior to your appointment. You will be redirected to this application once you complete your appointment request.
